What We Do:

  • Customer-Centric Solutions: We understand our stakeholders deeply, ensuring our solutions resonate with their needs.
  • Strategic Partnerships: We collaborate closely with the HR Solutions Design team, HR Advisory teams, and functional teams, identifying needs and recommending timely solutions. Together, we shape the future of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Resource Navigation: We are well-versed in the HR landscape-Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, and Individual Growth. We coach, train, and utilize HR tools effectively.
  • Program Execution: We ensure smooth execution of global Talent initiatives. Cross-functional training, leadership development, and curriculum design are our forte.
  • Agile Mindset: We adapt swiftly, embracing change and continuous improvement.

  • Design Thinkers: Experience practicing user-centered design principles to identify needs and create solutions that resonate.
  • Problem-Solvers: Demonstrated Success for customer-focused innovation combined with a disciplined and determined approach to critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Trusted Collaborators: Steady track record of building trusted partnerships, facilitating co-creation of solutions, and balancing a multitude of stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Learning Consultants: Well-developed ability to coach and develop others, paired with knowledge of adult learning and change management, to craft effective learning strategies and solutions.
  • Communication & Facilitation Pros: Experience facilitating a range of trainings and workshops with diverse audiences, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective active listening, and compelling presentations.
  • Project Management Prowess: Demonstrated success in project or program management.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • 5 years working experience in an HR function of a multi-national organization.
  • Relevant HR, Change Management, and/or Coaching Certification(s)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.

Job Grade:

  • will be awarded commensurate with experience and skills.
