Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities:

* Student Records Management: Your primary responsibility will be to assist in maintaining student files and records, ensuring their accuracy and security, and contributing to a smooth administrative process. You'll handle tasks such as scanning documents, data entry, and document preparation.

* Exception Resolution: You'll play a crucial role in reconciling exceptions and investigating/resolving records in our Student Management System. Your attention to detail will ensure that policies are adhered to and exceptions are documented appropriately.

* Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is a key aspect of your role. You'll interact with staff, students, and external parties, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to our core values.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree strongly preferred.


* Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail are essential.


* Strong organizational skills.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


* Excellent customer service skills are essential.


* Experience with CampusNexus is a plus.
