As an Industrial Engineer you'll be responsible for working with and validating all processes to make sure the site is performing at its most efficient level.

• Work with the 3PL team to come up with best practices to ensure highest level of delivery lead times to the customer

• Verify all numbers from 3PL to ensure data accuracy

• Create and maintain site layouts including station designs, WIP queues, and warehouse flow

• Involvement in all facets of the system from workstation design, analyzing operations, creating site layouts, creating manufacturing standards, shop floor problem solving and assisting with growth planning

• Utilize Industrial Engineering techniques and Lean concepts such as value stream mapping, waste identification, root cause analysis problem solving, etc.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field from an accredited institution

• 3+ years of direct Industrial engineering work related experience

• Experience with developing and documenting procedures

• Advanced knowledge of warehouse operations, processes, and standards

• Project Management experience

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Compensation & Benefits:
* Salary: $115,300- $169,070 USD
* Bonus:target bonus opportunity - 15%
