Job Description

Responsible for the supervision, control, and analysis of the Division's accounting systems and procedures.

Accounts Receivable:

  • Manage Division DSO and AR aging metrics; support team to achieve goals
  • Monitor customer account balances
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve customer past dues and disputes

Accounts Payable:

  • Manage Division WADP and AP health metrics; support team to achieve goals
  • Monitor supplier ERS effectiveness and statements
  • Work cross-functionally for accurate PO requisition coding, receiving actions, and supplier pricing updates

Other responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Prepare of J.V. and reconciliations for month end
  • Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain general ledger

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 3 years experience in Accounting
  • Prefer at least 2 years experience with leading others
