About the Role

The Head of HR Business Partner ANZ will be responsible for partnering with all of the Corporate and Commercial functions by building and delivering a People plan to support the functions objectives.

It also has responsibility for the HR Solutions team which includes establishing and improving processes and policies as well as HR transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business leaders by establishing role as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop (in conjunction with CPO) and implement the people strategy.
  • Build capability in others to drive change management requirements.
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual People KPI results (incl ZBB people packages) across C&C.
  • Provide sound advice and coaching to managers and stakeholder groups on:
  • Talent attraction and retention
  • Succession planning
  • Remuneration
  • Training & Development
  • Engagement & culture initiatives
  • People & Performance key metrics and reporting
  • ER issues
  • Build a roadmap of improvement projects aligned to the HR strategy for the Solutions team and manage the team to deliver.

About You

  • Relevant experience in a Senior HR Leadership position.
  • Change management and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to lead a large team.
