Job Description

This position reports to the Division Marketing Manager and work cross-functionally to support business growth.

  • Establish relationships with all customers
  • Develop, implement, and manage performance measurement tools for both the department and department team members
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction to a world class level
  • Conduct work flow analysis through the use of flow charting to identify and implement process improvements
  • Work closely with Quality and Engineering team members to ensure that customer quality concerns are being addressed
  • Support sales growth goals and an effective order-to-cash process
  • Implements strategic pricing as determined by Division
  • Maintain/manage government compliance requirements
  • Supply forecast to ensure optimum customer responsiveness

  • 4 year college degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field
  • Experience leading a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft software
  • SAP experience is beneficial
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial
  • Sales and Marketing experience is a plus
