Brian has a BA Degree from UW – Madison and has over 35 years of work experience in academia, the private sector, the telecom industry and the non-profit sector. Brian helped solve customer problems, successfully lead several business office teams and performed various support roles in marketing. He has held many roles at Interfaith and is currently the Employment Services Staff Assistant.

Brian has helped the staff improve processes and meet the obligations and deadlines defined for each program. The results are that clients who come to Interfaith Employment Services needing jobs can find them through the successful, focused efforts of the staff. For four years, Brian managed the Mature Workers Resource Center by leading a team in their efforts to serve mature adults who are job searching. The workshops, on-site recruitments and computer skills coaching they conduct have lead to success for many job seekers. From early 2011 to the present, Brian was once again at Interfaith's Central Office location, assisting in Employment Services by supporting the efforts of its various teams and by performing special projects for the Program Director.

Interfaith sponsors several programs that help mature workers find employment. Older workers are helped to secure jobs that provide long term self-sufficiency in positions that meet the person’s interests, aptitudes, values, and stated economic needs.
